Second largest residential in the United States at 73,000 sq, feet, living quarters were about 40,000, on about 10 acres of land. Features included: 10 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs carved from single pieces of marble, 16 garages (one equipped with an automatic car wash and one large enough for a limousine), wine cellar that could hold 10,000 bottles, marble floors, wood fireplaces, 150 seat theater, a natorium with a heated pool, a moat around the property and home, a bell tower, and a room that held 64 air conditioning units. The home had been under construction for 10 years with a handful of owners.
