Dallas Fire- Rescue Payroll Deduction

Any active Dallas Fire- Rescue employee can choose to donate directly to Box 4 through recurring payroll deductions.

Your donation will help fund Box 4’s mission of serving of serving Dallas’ First Responders during major disasters and critical incidents.

Fill out a payroll deduction form, select the amount you want to donate, and submit to any Battalion Chief.
